At Vino Savero, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and on time. Whether you’re shopping within Nigeria or from anywhere around the world, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, and local courier services.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every Vino Savero piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, alterations, or any signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Any complimentary promotional item received with the order must also be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimate garments
  • Any personal-use item designated as non-returnable
How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Please note that return requests submitted after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit,
depending on your preference and eligibility.

  • Refund Processing: 5–10 Business Days
  • Bank Processing Times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs of the item
  3. A brief description of the issue

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective.
  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item was sent.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is the result of an error on our part.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose between:

  • A Refund
  • An Alternative Product of Equal Value
